High-density Genetic Map of Maize Transcripts
Plants to be Studied: Principal - Maize
Project Objectives:
1. Genetically map 4,500 maize genes
2. Develop 1,000 co-dominant genetic markers
3. Develop an efficient PCR primer design pipeline

2. 1,000 co-dominant genetic markers that can be detected via agarose gel electrophoresis
